Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's website, optimizing speed and performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage & Update third-party integrations/plugins.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize website speed and performance.
  • Responsible for an end-to-end optimized website with lower load time & fulfilling W3C standards.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing Team for constant flow of SEO optimized content within given timelines.
  • Keep track of web analytics and report on key performance indicators, including website traffic, conversion rates, and search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link building.
  • Improve visitor journey by improving Navigation, UI/UX.
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • A/B and multivariate experiments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Sound knowledge of PHP, Web Frameworks & CMSs especially WordPress.
  • Knowledge on SEO tools, such as SEO Yoast, SEMrush, Ahref, Moz, etc.
  • Experience in REST API and JSON.
  • Understanding of best security practices.
  • Team management skills.

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 3 years of solid working experience.
  • Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track website performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress, to manage and update website content.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
