Job Title: Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

This role involves analyzing, documenting, and communicating integration needs within an organization, working closely with stakeholders such as business users, project managers, developers, and testers to ensure the successful implementation of integrated systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements through effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement integration solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform data mapping and validation to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and support testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Manage changes and updates to integration solutions.
  • Document processes and solutions for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Integration Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and platforms, such as iPaaS, ESB, or API management tools.
  • JIRA, Microsoft Project, GSuite and/or SQL experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
