Highly Available Infrastructure Engineer

You will design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms. You will work closely with development teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in cloud computing, containerization, and automation.
  • You will lead container orchestration efforts using Docker and develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines primarily using GitHub Actions.
  • Strong experience with AWS services, particularly EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and IAM is required.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is necessary.
  • Experience with Node.js ecosystem and TypeScript applications is desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms.
  • Lead container orchestration efforts using Docker.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines primarily using GitHub Actions.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong experience with AWS services, particularly EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and IAM.
  • Extensive knowledge of Docker.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Node.js ecosystem and TypeScript applications.
