As a highly skilled professional, we are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Manager to join our prestigious organization's finance team. This is a key role within the finance department, overseeing various financial tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review comprehensive monthly financial reports
  • Conduct in-depth vertical and horizontal analysis at the end of each month
  • Provide regular financial updates to management
  • Identify and address actual versus budgeted variances in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement strategic budgets on a yearly basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Review and enhance cash management systems for improved efficiency
  • Update attendance records and maintain robust internal controls
  • Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure compliance
  • Present daily financial reports to senior management
