Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team. As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical content that educates and engages our users.

Your primary focus will be on planning and developing engaging documentation, including user guides, tutorials, and integration guides. You will work closely with the Product team to create resources that accelerate users from basic to advanced levels.

In this role, you will also provide peer reviews/edits for content used by other teams and establish templates for client resources. Additionally, you will regularly revise and edit existing content to reflect the latest features and changes.

You will work collaboratively with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage and educate users
  • Create high-quality technical content, including user guides, tutorials, and integration guides
  • Collaborate with the Product team to create resources that accelerate users from basic to advanced levels
  • Provide peer reviews/edits for content used by other teams and establish templates for client resources
  • Regularly revise and edit existing content to reflect the latest features and changes
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience producing technical content for user consumption
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEO and best marketing practices
  • Experience using Git and any content management system
  • Ability to write clearly with an eye for consistency and technical accuracy
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools
