Senior Software Test Lead

Develop and execute a comprehensive software testing strategy that encompasses resources, projects, and documentation to ensure high-quality outputs from the development process. This includes:
- Ensuring that product requirements are accurately identified and interpreted.
- Developing test plans and methods to verify that software performs as expected under normal and abnormal conditions.
- Collaborating with engineers to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance criteria.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders to address project limitations, capabilities, and changes in hardware interfaces.
- Reviewing and revising test plans to ensure they meet evolving project needs.
- Monitoring program performance post-implementation to prevent reoccurrence of issues and optimize solution efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in software quality assurance principles and practices, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills. Your expertise in real-time embedded software, combined with your ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions, will drive success in this position.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology is essential, accompanied by 6-8 years of experience in software quality assurance. Your proficiency in working with diverse skill sets and disciplines will enable you to effectively manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results.
