Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities
  • Create effective strategies to enhance brand awareness and boost sales revenue.
  • Implement marketing plans to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Track the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, measuring against predefined targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with media outlets and sponsors to maximize brand exposure through advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Utilize sales operations and CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CRM & e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working in sales and marketing roles within the fashion or apparel sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assist/manage marketing campaigns and events from start to finish.
