Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Amazon advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker, passionate about digital performance marketing with a proven history of driving measurable growth through Amazon's PPC platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns in alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Use Amazon Advertising tools to monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness for maximum ROI and conversions.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with campaign performance.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover high-performing, relevant keywords.
  • Ad Creation: Craft compelling, policy-compliant ad copy and creative content to drive user engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Team Management: Lead the PPC team, conduct reviews, and offer training and mentorship to ensure continuous growth.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams in sales, product, and marketing to maintain strategic alignment.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of evolving trends, tools, and strategies in the Amazon advertising ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Brands; familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong command of data analysis, interpretation, and decision-making based on performance metrics.
  • Creativity: Ability to produce engaging ad content tailored to audience needs.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor teams.
  • Certifications: Amazon Ads Certification is a plus.
