About the Job

This role involves monitoring and operating advanced surveillance systems to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Surveillance Operations: Operate state-of-the-art surveillance cameras and programs, maintaining a high level of situational awareness. This includes identifying potential security threats and responding accordingly.
  2. System Maintenance: Regularly inspect and troubleshoot Command Center components and surveillance equipment to guarantee adherence to established protocols. This ensures the system runs smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Video Intelligence Reporting: Effectively communicate critical video intelligence to supervisors, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making. This may involve analyzing footage to identify patterns or anomalies.
  4. Data Collection Support: Assist in collecting and recording data from video recordings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This data can be used to improve security measures or identify areas for improvement.
  5. Camera Operations: Expertly operate a diverse range of pan, tilt, and zoom surveillance cameras to optimize coverage and minimize blind spots. This requires strong spatial awareness and attention to detail.
  6. Multitasking: Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to changing circumstances as needed. This is essential in a fast-paced environment where situations can escalate quickly.
  7. Server Maintenance: Perform routine server maintenance, network troubleshooting, and backup procedures to ensure system stability and security. This includes monitoring system logs and addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. This involves being able to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
