As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business results.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and tailoring offerings to meet their needs.
  3. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Manage sales transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Product Knowledge and Training
  1. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including characteristics, origins, and benefits.
  2. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
  1. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
  2. Compile and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy for handling sales transactions and generating reports.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
