
Customer Experience Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and tailoring offerings to meet their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage sales transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including characteristics, origins, and benefits.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Compile and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for handling sales transactions and generating reports.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
