Job Title: Regional Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Professional to excel in the following key areas:
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with general trade & Key Accounts within target markets.
- To consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.
- To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities from existing and potential customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in sales and business development within the FMCG industry, specifically in food & drinks focused on general trade.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, overseeing regional sales teams.
Skill Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- A results-driven and target-oriented approach, with a passion for achieving excellence in sales performance.
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, capable of developing effective sales strategies.
