We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team at Mian Muhammad Bukhsh Trust.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in hospital management, with a preference for those holding postgraduate qualifications in hospital management or public health.

This role involves overseeing the clinical governance structure of the hospital, ensuring that medical programs and services are planned, organized, directed, controlled, and coordinated effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for communication, interpretation, and implementation of Clinical Management decisions.
  • Take charge of the Hospital from a medical services point of view, planning, designing, and developing medical facilities in the Hospital units.
  • Organize the clinical Governance structure of the Hospital.
  • Facilitate communication, interpretation, and implementation of Management decisions regarding Hospital working to Medical, Paramedical, and Nursing staff.
  • Review the Hospital Medical operations in response to changes in customer demand, identifying scope for improvement.
