**Career Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of our events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing events, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

The role involves end-to-end event management, including venue and logistics management, stakeholder communication, vendor negotiation, attendee experience, on-site management, vision and creativity, relationship building, and videographer collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
  2. Organize event spaces, ensuring they are equipped with necessary equipment, promotional materials, and resources.
  3. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including attendees, speakers, and vendors.
  4. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management, with a successful track record of planning and executing events from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
