Senior Android App Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Android Developer to lead our mobile application development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have advanced coding skills and strategic insights based on extensive Android development experience.

As a senior team member, you will mentor junior developers, shape our mobile architecture, and ensure high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Advanced Applications: Create complex Android applications that align with company objectives and standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Android developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and testing.
  • Architecture Design: Play a key role in defining the architectural direction for mobile applications, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to shape features and ensure seamless integration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Android development trends and incorporate the latest technologies and tools.
  • Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges, balancing time-to-market and technical debt.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven Android app development experience.
  • Deep understanding of Android SDK, Kotlin, and modern Android practices.
  • Experience with Android architecture patterns and components like MVVM, Jetpack, Dagger, Retrofit.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and backend systems.
  • Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
