Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and creative visual designer to create high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and client needs.

This role involves collaborating with designers, marketing teams, and project managers to develop creative concepts for various projects including reports, presentations, marketing materials, social media graphics, and more.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Concept Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual designs that meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Visual Design Creation: Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign to create professional-looking graphics and visual content.
  • Brand Identity Management: Maintain a consistent visual style across all initiatives, subsidiaries, and client assets.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current on design trends and best practices to ensure the highest quality work.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience designing visual materials for corporate clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing variety of design skills and experience.
  • Design Principles: Excellent understanding of design principles including color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills.
