We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our design and construction team, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models, ensuring they reflect the latest design updates.
  • Extract 2D drawings (floor plans, sections, and details) for documentation and coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Create and manage a library of Revit families in line with project standards and best practices.
  • Regularly update models based on design revisions, stakeholder feedback, and clash detection results.
  • Conduct thorough clash detection and coordinate with multiple disciplines to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Export Navisworks (.NWC) files as per agreed project timelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with BIM Leads, Managers, and Modellers to ensure consistency in modeling workflows and deliverables.
  • Attend coordination meetings with design and construction teams to align models with project requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in generating shop drawings, schedules, take-offs, red-line drawings, and as-built drawings in collaboration with engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams.
  • Provide on-site support as needed to address construction-related model issues and challenges.
Data Management & Standards
  • Input and manage project-specific data within BIM models for analysis, simulation, and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-recognized BIM standards, protocols, and best practices (e.g., BS EN ISO 19650).
  • Maintain proper document control, including revision tracking and SharePoint folder management to ensure version control and information accuracy.
  • Stay updated with advancements in BIM technologies, tools, and industry mandates to continuously improve modeling skills and knowledge.
  • Recommend improvements to BIM workflows and modeling efficiencies to enhance overall project delivery and quality.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the project team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies during modeling activities to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in MEP Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on MEP systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, and other BIM software applications.
  • Strong expertise in MEP workshop drawings and model accuracy to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Familiarity with MEP modeling standards and best practices to consistently meet project requirements.
  • Experience in Data Centre projects is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
