Iron Plant Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sponge Iron Plant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our sponge iron division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and engineering facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to prevent breakdowns, inspect equipment, and maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the sponge iron division
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and engineering facilities
• Prevent breakdowns and maintain high-quality production
• Inspect equipment and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with outside agencies or vendors for repair and maintenance work

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in plant supervision
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
