Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be working closely with product managers, developers and marketers to translate complex requirements into clean, elegant designs that make users fall in love with our products. You will be responsible for designing engaging, user-centric interfaces using Figma, creating user flows, journey maps and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions, and working with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing user-centric interfaces using Figma, from wireframes to polished UI screens.
  • Creating user flows, journey maps and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions.
  • Working with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency across platforms and products.
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong command of Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas into clear and intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
