Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner, Housekeeper, and Sweeper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities.

The ideal candidate will ensure that assigned areas are kept neat, sanitary, and organized to create a safe and comfortable environment for all individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces.
  2. Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other designated spaces to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  3. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
  4. Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively to avoid accidents and injuries.
  6. Follow established health and safety protocols to minimize risks and promote a secure working environment.
  7. Assist with laundry services if required, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  8. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly, ensuring timely resolutions.
  9. Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Requirements:Qualification and Experience:
  1. Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
  2. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to complete tasks.
  3. Good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning tasks, which may involve standing, walking, and lifting.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately, ensuring high-quality results.
  5. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage, enabling the candidate to perform tasks effectively.
  6. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to meeting organizational needs.

This position involves working from our office location.
