The role of the Instructor plays a crucial role in ensuring that customer experience meets or exceeds expectations. This is achieved through learner-centered and goal-oriented language instruction, adhering to the principles and techniques of a proven method.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Instruction: Lessons are delivered using a specific teaching methodology and incorporating technology where necessary. The Learning Cycle is implemented across all levels of instruction, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced students of all ages in large classes, groups, and private lessons.
  • Learner Management/Learning Cycle: Administrative tasks, customer progress, strengths, and weaknesses are provided in a timely manner. Instructors promote Learning Cycle events to customers and adhere to teaching schedules, communicate issues directly to the supervisor, and participate in professional development workshops.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Conduct placements, level-checks, tests, and write reports. Other responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience; A Master's degree preferred.
  • Native fluency in the desired language.
  • An agreement to be observed, evaluated, and provide self-assessment feedback.
  • A commitment to maintaining a collaborative relationship with other employees.
  • Adherence to a strict Code of Conduct.
Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel as required.
