The Role- Hiring & firing team members based on performance
- Client relationship management
- Strategic execution and business development
- Managing complete business operations (sales, marketing, operations, client delivery)
- Negotiating budgets and outsourcing projects beyond our team's scope
- Building automated systems that run without constant supervision
- Handling everything from VA-level tasks to strategic implementation
- Leading client meetings and presentations with confidence
- Generating high revenue through strategic execution
- Scaling the company through systematic growth processes
- Solve complex problems others can't figure out
- No need for hand-holding or constant instructions
- High achiever who doesn't get demotivated easily

- Technical knowledge: Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flutter, Java, PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce familiarity
