About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for some of Australia's leading QSR brands.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial app development using Objective C/Swift or Java, with a strong interest in cross-platform technology such as React Native. They will also possess excellent JavaScript (ES6) knowledge and a solid understanding of Node JS, JWT, and JSON.

As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with our Creative and Development teams to deliver high-quality applications on time. You will be responsible for defining project requirements, estimating effort, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Creative and Development teams to design and develop innovative mobile applications.
  • Develop mobile applications on iOS and/or Android platforms using React Native.
  • Take ownership of app development projects from definition to delivery, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
  • Contribute actively throughout the project lifecycle, offering solutions to problems and providing guidance within the app development team.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate the app with purpose-built APIs.
Requirements
  • Commercial app development experience in Objective C/Swift or Java.
  • Strong interest in cross-platform technology such as React Native.
  • Excellent JavaScript (ES6) knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of Node JS, JWT, and JSON.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to deliver solutions to timelines without sacrificing quality.
