As a seasoned professional in medical billing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of Medicaid claims for dialysis services.

You will be responsible for reviewing patient information and medical records to verify eligibility and ensure proper coding. Your expertise in Medicaid billing regulations and procedures will be essential in resolving billing discrepancies and responding to inquiries from state Medicaid agencies.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, with a strong focus on Medicaid billing. Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to dialysis or nephrology billing, is highly desirable. Experience in revenue cycle management is also a plus.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A certification in medical billing (e.g., AAPC, AHIMA) is a plus. You will possess expert knowledge of Medicaid billing regulations and procedures, as well as proficiency in medical billing software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift).
