**New Business Development Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The key responsibilities of this role include generating new business leads, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Business Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field:
  • Strong Business Acumen: Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
