Business Growth Specialist Job Description

This role involves developing business relationships and opportunities in the region. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue expansion for our clients.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong understanding of what drives business growth.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software solutions provider environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with primary communication via email and bids for jobs.
  • Sales process knowledge, including lead generation and conversion, is highly recommended.
  • BBA, BBA-IT, MBA, or BCS graduates considered.
  • Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer knowledge highly recommended.
  • Social selling through LinkedIn and Twitter knowledge highly recommended.
  • Project proposals and marketing materials writing required.
  • Prior sales experience highly recommended.
