About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Technology Transformation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology transformation and airport operations, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical system requirements.
  • Conduct user research through design thinking workshops to identify business needs and redesign existing concepts of operations.
  • Develop change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor progress of transformation projects by providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Propose, design, and refine solutions and system architecture, and assess technical feasibility of suitability and applicability of technology solutions.
  • Take charge of procurement and implementation of these systems in compliance with enterprise-wide governance standards.
  • Manage 24/7 operational issues when systems progress to post-go-live maintenance phases.

Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a relevant field of study.
  • Experience in related technical, operations management, process improvement, and/or business transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Comfortable with managing 24/7 operations and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-performing team-player with excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Possession of relevant certifications and/or experience, including IT Service Management, Agile Methodologies, Scrum Product Owner, DevSecOps, AWS Solution Architect, or equivalent.
