About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned and creative Copywriter to lead the strategic direction of our copy across ads, funnels, and email campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling ad copy for Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn ads
  • Write email sequences that drive conversions
  • Create landing pages, sales pages, and opt-ins that drive action
  • Draft video sales letters (VSLs), upsell scripts, and lead magnet copy
  • Develop offers and refine brand messaging alongside strategists
  • Run A/B tests and optimize based on conversion data
  • Mentor junior copywriters and set quality standards
  • Work directly with clients and performance marketers to refine strategy

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3–6 years of direct response or performance copywriting experience
  • The ability to write in clear, punchy, persuasive language that moves people to action
  • Familiarity with Dan Kennedy, Brunson, Ogilvy, and Garry Halbert principles
  • Experience thinking in copywriting frameworks
  • Understanding of sales psychology, offers, urgency, scarcity, and CTA optimization
  • Ability to work with US-based clients and understand their buying mindset
  • Capacity to think strategy-first, not just sentence-first
  • Proficiency with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Skool, Kajabi, Klaviyo, etc.
