The Site Reliability Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the development organization to ensure the smooth operation of the delivery pipeline.

This involves bringing in-depth knowledge and experience in the DevOps space, including expertise with Automation, CI/CD, Build & Release Management, installation and patching automation, and Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Become an SME on our business product and support it to ensure it is reliable and secure.
  2. Closely work with internal networking and external clients for environment integrations.
  3. Lead key DevOps Initiatives for specific products.
  4. Manage and Support cloud development environments.
  5. Provision and Manage Cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
  6. Collaborate with Engineering teams in an Agile environment to remove roadblocks and facilitate successful delivery of work items.
  7. Proactively share knowledge on DevOps best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
  8. Knowledge of Change Management Procedures (i.e., Service Now).
  9. Identify opportunities for automation and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiencies, simplicities, and speed.
  10. Participate in long-term strategies for scalability, stability, and high availability of the platform.
