Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead User Experience Designer to spearhead design initiatives and craft seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all UI/UX design aspects for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and implement creative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
  • Create compelling 2D/3D assets, icons, and other visual elements as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong product sense to deeply understand user problems and align designs to solve them effectively.
  • Proven ability to convert user requirements into sitemaps, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant platforms.
  • Updated knowledge of UI/UX design trends to maintain aesthetic relevance and competitiveness.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design best practices.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Proto.io.
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies and ability to work closely with developers.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR design experiences.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to incorporate findings into design improvements.
