Job Title: Essential Support Team Member

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service is crucial in our food service facilities. Your key responsibilities include collecting and disposing of food waste, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, washing and cleaning dishes and utensils, transporting bulk food and trolleys, and providing food replenishment and delivery services as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and dispose of food waste and garbage from food preparation areas
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, and exhaust hoods
  • Wash and clean all used dishes and utensils from cafeterias and patient meal trays
  • Maintain cleanliness in cafeterias, including washing and cleaning tables, chairs, and other items
  • Transport bulk food and trolleys, and assist with physical arrangement of the cafeteria
  • Provide food replenishment and short order delivery during serving hours
  • Handle and deliver cooked bulk food to cafeteria and service outlets
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, snacks, and staff food at the cafeteria customer service counter
