About our Customer Retention Team:

At our organization, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Customer Retention Officer to join our customer engagement team. In this role, the key focus is on retaining customers who initiate transaction cancellations and reaching out to users who couldn't complete their transactions, helping them finish the process.

This is a target-driven calling position that requires excellent communication and persuasion skills. We are seeking someone with 1–2 years of experience in telesales, retention, or customer support.

• Contact customers who are cancelling transactions and convince them to proceed.
• Follow up with users who faced issues or dropped off during the transaction process.
• Record feedback and update our CRM system with all customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues.
• Achieve assigned targets.
• We may require occasional evening or weekend coverage based on business needs.

• Proven track record in telesales, retention, or customer support.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confident in handling objections and providing solutions.
• Familiarity with digital payments or the remittance industry is an advantage.
