We are seeking a skilled and experienced video editor to join our crew specializing in YouTube Cash Cow channels.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assemble engaging, high-quality videos that captivate viewers' attention by editing and transforming raw footage and scripts into captivating visual content.
  2. Add animations, graphics, and effects to enhance viewer engagement and create an appealing experience.
  3. Sync voice-overs with visuals, ensuring smooth transitions and proper pacing.
  4. Maintain the established tone, pacing, and style of the channel.
  5. Optimize videos for YouTube by implementing best practices for length, format, and resolution.
  6. Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
  7. Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices to ensure maximum audience retention and engagement.
  8. Deliver high-quality work within fast turnaround times while managing multiple projects.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the Cash Cow or similar YouTube niches.
  2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  3. Strong understanding of YouTube content strategies, including SEO, audience retention, and monetization.
  4. Ability to create engaging, fast-paced content that holds the viewer's attention.
  5. Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
