Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Specialist to support the development of high-impact sales and outreach collateral.

  • Assist in crafting compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand credibility, and supports business growth efforts.
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored for different buyer personas and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends and incorporate insights into content strategy.
  • Maintain and update a repository of content assets to ensure easy access and consistency.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Assist in the creation and editing of sales decks, outreach templates, and marketing materials.
  2. Content Writing: Write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored for different buyer personas and stages of the sales funnel.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with business objectives.
  4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand industry trends and incorporate insights into content strategy.
  5. Content Management: Maintain and update a repository of content assets to ensure easy access and consistency.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with content marketing best practices and sales enablement materials.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback promptly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, grammar, and editing.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or basic design tools is a plus.
