The role of a UI/UX Designer is crucial for delivering an exceptional user experience, which directly impacts our success and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology, possessing excellent aesthetic and creative sense.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and implement new designs to enhance the user interface.
  2. Test for intuitiveness and experience to ensure seamless interaction.
  3. Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements to create visually appealing layouts.
  4. Create prototypes for new product ideas to facilitate innovation.
  5. Conduct ongoing user research to stay informed about customer needs.
  6. Study design briefs and determine requirements to meet project objectives.
  7. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements to bring ideas to life.
  8. Collaborate with UI engineers and developers to communicate ideas and visions.
  9. Prepare low-detail wireframes for ideas and translate approved ideas into high-definition design drafts.
  10. Test graphics across various media to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent.

Maintain a clear focus on workload and projects in the pipeline as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be critical thinkers, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.

Requirements:
  • Experience as an UI-UX / Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Excellent aesthetic sense.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to discuss and explain design options.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Problem solver and customer-centered.
  • Knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
