We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to oversee our Chat Support operations. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional written English skills and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate customers on our services and products through chat interactions.
- Identify customer needs and facilitate their understanding of services and products via chat support.
- Craft a positive customer experience to garner favorable feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customers informed about new products, features, announcements, and functionalities.
- Sustain a happy customer flow and minimize customer effort throughout the chat support experience.
- Handle multiple live customer interactions simultaneously to provide assistance related to services and products.
- Ensure follow-up with customers to resolve critical issues and address any concerns.
- Maintain records for feature requests and chat support interactions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
- Exhibit exceptional chat support skills to address customer queries effectively.
The following qualifications are essential for this role:
- Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- A minimum 50% accuracy in English comprehension.
- A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in customer services, international call centers, and chat units.
- Experience handling US/Europe customers via live chat is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with O-Levels and A-Levels backgrounds.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
