The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years' experience of working in monitoring and evaluation, or academic research projects on issues related to health, rights, gender, and sexuality. You will be responsible for conducting relevant activities for ongoing research studies, including fieldwork, and conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis for ongoing research studies.

You will also be responsible for developing research manuscripts, abstracts, and briefs for submission to journals and conferences. In addition, you will support the executive team in programme conceptualization, logical framework analysis. You will provide grant writing support to RLE and component managers by conducting literature reviews, developing indicators, and preparing drafts of grant proposals.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IRB review process and publishing research findings, and familiarity with reproductive health indicators and situation in Pakistan. They will also have strong data management and analytical background for both quantitative and qualitative data, and excellent written and spoken English skills.
