Job Description

SAP Young Professionals Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and knowledge required to embark on a successful career as an SAP Associate Consultant.

The role of an SAP Consultant can be broadly categorized into two primary functions: functional and technical. Functional consultants focus on blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of a S/4 HANA project, providing business process and functional expertise to clients. Technical consultants, on the other hand, are responsible for maintaining system landscapes, setting up systems and authorizations, migrating data, and testing configured processes using automation tools.

SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) brings together various aspects of data management, analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, automation, and integration in a unified environment. This platform enables users to create value from data and extend their SAP and third-party solution landscapes to meet evolving business needs.

Implementation Tasks:

  • Building the implementation team
  • Defining system landscapes
  • Setting up systems and authorizations
  • Gathering data for fit-to-standard workshops
  • Configuring business processes with SAP Central Business Configuration
  • Working with the SAP Fiori Launchpad
  • Customizing authorizations
  • Applying extensibility tools and concepts
  • Setting up integration scenarios
  • Migrating data
  • Testing configured processes with automation

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in Pakistan
  • Candidates must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations
  • Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a field related to business administration, management information systems, engineering, data science, or AI
  • Candidates will preferably have graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile
  • Candidates must demonstrate a keen interest in an SAP-related career
  • Candidates should be fluent in English, both written and spoken
