We are seeking a Compliance Officer AML/TF to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Terrorist Financing (TF) compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

The Compliance Officer AML/TF will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement AML policy measures and procedures that mitigate AML/TF risk for Mashreq Digital Bank.
  2. Ensure local regulatory requirements on AML/TF and Mashreq Group requirements are incorporated in the design of AML policy and procedures.
  3. Enable Business and Operations teams to understand AML/TF related risks and the procedures developed to mitigate those risks.
  4. Provide AML related advisory on clients and CDD related matters to Business teams.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Compliance Officer AML/TF, you will require:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders including senior officers both within country and Mashreq Group.
  • Good understanding of AML/TF risks and global trends around AML/TF risk mitigation.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory landscape on AML and Terrorist Financing.
