Assistant Manager Examinations

Job Summary:

This role oversees examination logistics, ensuring a seamless testing process. It involves coordinating with invigilators to facilitate timely and efficient test administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with invigilators to ensure examination sessions run smoothly.
  • Conduct examinations from start to finish, verifying attendance according to seating plans.
  • Manage application collection and organization, creating seating plans for exam sessions.
  • Analyze MIS reports, including Recruitment enrolment reports and ISQ fee reconciliation reports.
  • Support the HR Manager in recruiting and managing invigilators.
  • Promptly dispatch examination papers to examiners as required.
  • Review and supervise pay order payments, maintaining accurate records.
  • Foster a positive corporate image by promptly responding to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Liaise with clients, solicit feedback, and incorporate it to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Provide high-quality service delivery to staff, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, setting high standards for judging professional behavior.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration to deliver results through cooperation and flexibility.
  • Develop and implement systems for continuous learning and development, encouraging effective solutions.
Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
