• Science degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBBS, Pharm D, Dentistry).
• Business degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the oncology therapeutic area.
• Proven track record of achieving objectives through collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, medical affairs, and customer experience.
• Deep understanding of the patient journey and related treatments in the oncology area.
• Broad knowledge of the organization's present portfolio and future pipeline.
• Robust understanding of medical affairs strategies and tactics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
