We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. As a remote-based role, you will work closely with our team members to manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documents.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence, with professionalism and discretion always.
- Record Management: Maintain and organize electronic records ensuring easy access to important documents and information for smooth operations.
- Project Coordination: Help with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, updating task lists, and liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables effectively.
- Research: Research various topics as needed and compile findings into concise reports or summaries professionally.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including document preparation and data entry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
