Requirements and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in bookkeeping and accounting, with experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP (GP) accounting software.\
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.\
  • Strong data entry skills, with a knack for numbers and attention to detail.\
  • Proficiency in English and MS Excel.\
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with finalist or part-qualified professional qualifications (ACCA/ICAP or similar).\
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems.\
  • Experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software, with knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and inform business decisions.\
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.\
  • Familiarity with IFRS and accounting standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
