This role requires a high level of strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Management: Oversee the entire bid process, ensuring timely submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
  • Team Leadership: Manage bid teams, comprising sales, marketing, product, finance, commercial, legal, and project management / delivery professionals.
  • Win Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales lead to create a clear win strategy for each bid, highlighting compelling themes and key differentiators.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate complex technical, strategic, and business risks throughout the bid process.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ensure all products / services are accurately included in the final price to the customer, maintaining commercially sound proposals.
  • Proposal Content: Contribute to the written proposal, focusing on content and presentation, including the executive summary.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in IT Services Industry with Bid Management expertise.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering winning bids.
  • A self-driven, resourceful individual who can work independently and within teams.
