Job Title: CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist\

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage scalable systems that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Configure and customize GoHighLevel sub-accounts to meet the needs of our business.
  • Build CRM pipelines, triggers, lead scoring, tags, and segmentation to optimize our sales process.
  • Set up role-based access, clean data imports, and duplicate prevention to ensure data accuracy.
\Funnel & Campaign Automation:\
  • Build landing pages, opt-in forms, thank-you pages, and lead magnets to capture and nurture leads.
  • Set up email/SMS workflows for nurturing, follow-ups, and re-engagement to keep customers engaged.
  • Automate lifecycle stages from inquiry to enrollment or closed deal to streamline our sales process.
  • Manage birthday, anniversary, and internal task automation to personalize our interactions with customers.
\Ai Chat & Voice Integration:\
  • Deploy and train AI bots using ChatGPT and Vapi to provide 24/7 customer support.
  • Configure inbound/outbound calls for FAQs, tour scheduling, and follow-ups to improve customer experience.
  • Automate responses across SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Messenger to enhance customer engagement.
\Scheduling & Payments:\
  • Build calendar systems for appointments, tours, and interviews to streamline our scheduling process.
  • Set up text-to-pay flows using Stripe and SMS links to make payments easy and convenient.
  • Automate confirmations, reschedules, and reminders to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
\Reputation & Feedback:\
  • Trigger post-interaction review requests to gather feedback from satisfied customers.
  • Route negative feedback to internal dashboards for prompt resolution.
  • Monitor and respond to Google/Facebook reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
\Ad Tracking & Performance Reporting:\
  • Integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure ad performance.
  • Sync Facebook Lead Forms and UTM data into CRM workflows to track lead sources.
  • Create dashboards for lead sources, funnel drop-offs, and ROI to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance alerts and staff leaderboards to drive accountability.
\Third-Party Integrations:\
  • Connect tools like Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, and Vapi to enhance our workflow.
  • Troubleshoot webhooks and manage data flow across platforms to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support API-level integration for enhanced functionality and customization.
\Internal Documentation & Training:\
  • Produce SOPs, Loom video tutorials, and internal knowledge base to ensure consistency in execution.
  • Support team onboarding and ongoing CRM training to build expertise.
  • Ensure consistency in execution through process documentation and quality control.
