Arabic Telesales Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Arabic telesales liaison to connect with Arabic-speaking clients and elevate our international outreach.
- This role involves making outbound sales calls to Arabic-speaking clients, building long-term relationships and maintaining up-to-date CRM records.
About the Role:
- Our ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) with previous telesales or customer service experience preferred.
- The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as being able to work from Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients across the Arabic-speaking market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track client interactions and progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation with clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic language skills, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
