Responsibilities
  • Record and document asset movements accurately to prevent discrepancies.

  • Carry out tasks assigned by the head of administration to contribute to team objectives.
  • Manage facilities, transportation, and other administrative services to create a pleasant work environment.
  • Timely submit and process bills and invoices to guarantee financial accuracy.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior colleagues on daily tasks to enhance their skills.

  • Regularly monitor and verify compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate potential risks.
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule to maintain a motivated workforce.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure smooth audits and compliance.
  • Seek advice from the company's lawyer when needed to inform business decisions.
