Technical Lead for Backend Development

We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our team as a key player in developing high-quality backend applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and the .NET stack, with a focus on designing and building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. They will lead by example, guiding the development process, and collaborating closely with other engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

About the Role

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design and development of backend applications using C# and the .NET stack
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions
    • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technologies
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
  • Hands-on experience with C# and the full .NET stack (.NET 2.0 to 8)
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Entity Framework and relational databases (SQL Server)
