Automation Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our QA team. As a key member, you will work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand requirements and contribute to writing test cases and automation scripts.
  • Perform functional and regression testing, leveraging strong testing concepts where required.
  • Learn and work on test automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium).
  • Execute API testing using Postman and validate responses through automation.
  • Write SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA peers to automate repetitive testing tasks.
  • Ensure defects are reported with complete details and help maintain QA documentation.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing or Automation.
  • Solid foundation in manual testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Basic knowledge of Test Automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with API testing principles and tools like Postman.
  • Strong foundation in SQL query writing.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile development practices.
