Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to collaborate with our senior leadership team and set quality benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will create standards aligned with our business and customer expectations, ensuring services meet demands without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set quality benchmarks in collaboration with the CEO and upper management team.
  • Create standards aligned with business and customer expectations.
  • Identify quality control processes to ensure consistent criteria met.
  • Execute tests to verify adherence to company standards.
  • Brainstorm ideas to enhance productivity and performance while maintaining accuracy in quality.
  • Make crucial decisions on cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with development and technical teams to improve existing services.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent degree.
  • Good understanding of Customer Service industry and prior Quality Assurance experience or similar work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills (listening, presenting, and questioning).
  • Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
  • Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
