Job Title: Planning Engineer - Project Coordinator

• Main Responsibilities:
• Create and manage project plans using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with departments to develop realistic schedules and budget projections.
• Estimate costs, track material quantities, and prepare bills of quantities (BoQ).
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings for construction execution.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.
• Work with engineers, construction teams, and stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout construction activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, quantity surveying, and drawing interpretation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a housing society construction project as a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer. You will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines, and collaborating with various departments to create and update realistic schedules.

In this role, you will also assist in estimating project costs, tracking quantities of materials, and preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BoQ). You will work closely with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.

As a Planning Engineer, you will interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings for construction execution. You will provide regular updates to senior management and prepare progress reports and presentations.

You will work closely with engineers, construction teams, and stakeholders to resolve project issues and delays. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout construction activities is also a key responsibility of this role.
